Terms of Service

By accessing or using ClipMidas (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ClipMidas is a browser-based SaaS video editing tool that converts long-form video content into short-form viral clips with AI-powered features including auto-captions, viral moment detection, and emoji overlays.

You must create an account via our authentication provider (Clerk) to use premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

ClipMidas uses a token-based billing system. Tokens are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable once consumed. Token packs and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

• New accounts receive 10 free tokens as a welcome bonus.
• Standard Export with Captions: 1 token per export.
• Viral Moment AI Analysis: 5 tokens per analysis.
• Unused tokens do not expire.

You retain full ownership of all video content you process through ClipMidas. Videos are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. We claim no rights over your content.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission.
• Upload or process content that infringes on third-party rights.

ClipMidas, its logo, and all associated technology are the property of ClipMidas and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipMidas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and emergency fixes may temporarily affect availability. We will communicate planned downtime when possible.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@clipmidas.com. Unused tokens are forfeited upon account termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
